COPLEY AUTO & COLLISION

Collision & body repair.

From dents and damaged panels to more extensive accident repairs, start by telling us what happened and sharing photos if you have them.

Requests do not confirm an appointment. Our team will discuss availability with you.

REPAIR AFTER AN ACCIDENT

Understand the next steps.

Collision damage can involve more than what is visible in a photograph. Copley’s team can discuss your vehicle, the affected areas, and what is needed for an estimate.

Include your insurance company and claim number if you have them. If you have not filed a claim or are unsure how you will pay, you can still send a request.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you visit.

What should I send with my request?

Your contact information, vehicle year/make/model, a short description of the damage, and optional photos. Add insurance details if available.

What if the vehicle cannot be driven?

Tell us where the vehicle is located and whether you need towing assistance. Call the shop to discuss arrangements; submitting a request does not dispatch a tow truck.

Is an online request a repair authorization?

No. The intake request starts the conversation. Staff will discuss inspection, estimates, scheduling, and authorization separately.

Are repair dates or completion times guaranteed?

No dates are guaranteed through the website. Our team will discuss availability and timing based on the vehicle and repair requirements.

Let’s talk about your vehicle.
