BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Frequently asked questions

Helpful answers before you contact Copley Auto & Collision.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you visit.

Does submitting the form book an appointment?

No. Submit Request sends your information to the team. An appointment is confirmed only after arrangements with the shop; preferred dates and times are not guaranteed.

What should I include in a service request?

Include your name, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, and a description of the damage or symptoms. You may add photos, insurance information, vehicle location, and availability preferences.

Can I send photos of the damage?

Yes. The request form accepts an optional damage photo. Take photos only when safe. Photos help the conversation but do not replace an inspection or establish whether the vehicle is safe to drive.

Are estimates free?

Call the shop to confirm estimate arrangements and any inspection or diagnostic charges before your visit.

Can I drop off my vehicle without calling?

Contact the shop first to confirm receiving hours, where to leave the vehicle and keys, and any after-hours arrangements.

Can I request towing through the form?

You can mention towing needs and your vehicle’s location. The form does not dispatch assistance. Call to discuss delivery arrangements; for immediate assistance, contact a towing provider or your roadside-assistance service.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. Copley Auto & Collision works with all insurance companies. Contact the shop with your claim details. Your insurer confirms coverage, deductibles and claim requirements.

Will I receive a rental car?

Ask your insurer about rental coverage and limits, and discuss transportation needs with the shop. A rental vehicle is not promised by submitting a request.

How long will repairs take?

The shop must assess the work and confirm timing. Inspection findings, parts availability and other approvals can affect the schedule.

What payment methods and warranties are available?

Ask the shop to confirm accepted payment methods, when payment is due, and the written warranty terms applicable to your particular repair.

What services can I ask about?

The site covers collision and body repair, mechanical service, brakes, oil changes and maintenance, painting, and restoration inquiries. The shop will confirm availability and suitability for your vehicle.

Where is the shop and what are the hours?

Copley Auto & Collision is at 1230 S Cleveland Massillon Rd, Copley, OH 44321. Call (330) 666-5060 to confirm current shop and estimate hours.
